1. Permanently delete your BIOME account

In-app method
  1. Open BIOME on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Tap Profile (person icon in the bottom bar).
  3. Select Delete account and confirm the prompt.
What happens next:
  • Your Health Card, AI-coach messages, nutrition photos, challenge progress, wearable imports are queued for deletion.
  • Within 72 hours the data are irrevocably erased from our servers (GDPR & CCPA compliant).
  • You are signed out immediately and can no longer log in with the same credentials.
If you cannot access the app
Send an email to gorozhankin@biome-aiapp.com from the address linked to your BIOME account.
Use the subject line “Delete my BIOME account” and include:
  • Your first and last name (as shown in your profile).
  • An approximate date of your last login.
Our team will verify ownership and delete the account within five business days.
Deletion is permanent. Once removed, your account and associated data cannot be restored.
Anonymous diagnostic logs that contain no personal identifiers may be retained for up to 90 days to detect fraud and maintain service integrity.


2. Reset chat (erase personal data but keep your account)

In-app method
  1. Open BIOME and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Reset chat and confirm.
What is erased:
  • All messages between you and the AI coach.
  • Personalized recommendations tied to those messages.
  • Personal health data
  • Nutrition photos and manual entries linked to the chat.
What remains:
  • Your login credentials.
  • Basic profile details (name, avatar).
  • Wearable-imported metrics (steps, heart rate) and challenge progress.
If you prefer email assistance
Write to gorozhankin@biome-aiapp.com with the subject “Reset my BIOME chat” from your account email.
We will clear your chat data within 24 hours while leaving the account itself untouched.
After a reset:
  • You can immediately start a new conversation and rebuild your Health Card.
  • Prior insights are gone; the AI generates advice from scratch.
  • You can still export any remaining wearable data via Profile → Export.

  • Compliance – These procedures satisfy Google Play’s 2025 “Account & Data Deletion” policy. Publish this page in English and any other languages you support; make sure it is accessible without login.

Google Health Data Deletion
BIOME does not store data from Google Health (Distance, TotalCaloriesBurned) on its servers. These data types are processed temporarily and locally on user devices, and are permanently deleted when users uninstall the BIOME app or disable integration with Google Health.
Users can independently remove access permissions at any time via their Google Account or mobile device settings.
